Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to carrier disruptions outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website or through your Natrille account. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Natrille is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@natrille.com; we can only make changes before the order is dispatched.
