Our Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Natrille purchase. Due to the personal nature of beauty and skincare products, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Items are eligible for return only if they are:
• Returned within 14 days of the delivery date
• Completely unopened and in their original, sealed packaging
• Unused and unaltered in any way
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on:
• Opened or used products of any kind
• Items not in their original packaging
• Products purchased during final sale or clearance events
• Gift cards
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We take full responsibility for errors on our end and will make it right.
To report an issue, please contact us at support@natrille.com with:
• Your order number
• A clear description of the issue
• Photos of the defective or incorrect item and its packaging
Once we verify the issue, we will offer you a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping where applicable.
Reports received after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for a replacement or refund, so please inspect your order promptly upon arrival.
How to Initiate a Return
If your item meets the return eligibility criteria, please follow these steps:
• Contact us at support@natrille.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
• Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return.
• Once approved, you will receive return instructions and the return address.
• Securely package the item(s) in original packaging and ship them back within 5 days of receiving your RMA.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Natrille is not responsible for items lost in return transit.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Depending on your bank or card issuer, please allow additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
• If your return is rejected (e.g., the item is opened or outside the return window), we will notify you and return the item to you at your expense.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
