Our Products
Our skincare has been formulated for use on all skin types. To be 100% sure our product will work for you and your skin, we always recommend a patch test on a small area of skin. If there is any irritation, discontinue use of the product.
Our product portfolio is predominantly vegan, aligning with ethical and environmental principles. Our commitment to vegan principles is validated by ECOCERT certification, guaranteeing the organic integrity of our products and their ingredients.

Natural Certified Formula: At least 95% of total ingredients are natural.

Organic Certified Formula: At least 95% of total ingredients are natural, at least 10% come from organic farming, and 95% of all plant-based ingredients must be organic.
All Natrille products are formulated with clean ingredients and undergo safety checks. However, they have not been specifically tested on pregnant or breastfeeding women. We recommend checking the ingredients list with your healthcare provider before use. If you have any concerns, please reach out to us at support@natrille.com.
Most Natrille products have a shelf life of 2 years from the date of production. When you receive your products, you can expect a minimum 6-month validity period — on average between 12 and 24 months.

Once opened, validity ranges from 3 to 24 months. The expiration date is also listed on the packaging.
We consult ingredient supplier guidelines and sometimes test hundreds of samples to determine the best formula. We are 100% cruelty-free — products are tested by volunteers, never animals.

Each product undergoes rigorous lab testing covering physical and chemical properties, stability, expiration, and storage standards. A qualified chemist reviews every product, and we send items to external labs to verify preservative effectiveness. We also check each production batch for consistency with the approved laboratory version.
Shipping & Returns
Yes! Our products are formulated with cold weather in mind. If your product freezes during shipping, simply leave it at room temperature for 24 hours before using. Once fully thawed, it will perform as intended without any loss of effectiveness.
We accept returns of unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used items.

To request a return, email support@natrille.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Please contact us at support@natrille.com within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review your request promptly and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 3–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your estimated delivery timeframe and tracking details. Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout.
